This year-round cottage is just over an hour’s drive from Minneapolis and is an awesome lakeshore place to enjoy nature's beauty and spend quality time with family or good friends.
The space accommodates six guests, and is like a home away from home. It has all the amenities you need to relax, spend quality time with family or friends, and take in nature. It’s an exceptional location to visit in every season.
Delight in Comfort Inside:
The cute cottage is like a home away from home with all the amenities you need. On the main level, there are two private bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room, and a full bath. There is a walkout to a spacious patio with amazing views overlooking the lake. The patio is complete for three seasons with a gas grill, patio table, and umbrella.
The lower level is accessible by a circular staircase inside or an outside door. It has a third guest room in a common space, a bathroom and shower, and a ping pong table.

Own Winter Fun:
In winter you can ice fish, snowshoe, or cross country ski on the lake in front of the cottage. Warm up afterwards inside with hot cocoa and a choice of board games or ping-pong.
Or take a ten-minute drive to Powder Ridge Ski Area, where you can experience downhill skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, and periodic dinner and music events.
In the same vicinity, in Kimball, be enchanted by Millner Heritage Vineyard and Winery. There you can enjoy fun events and wine tastings through the month of December.
Or take an outing to the appealing town of Annandale, just a quick drive away from the cottage. Discover the charm of the craft boutiques, restaurants, a brewery, a bowling alley, a grocery store, and other interesting shops.

In the spring at the cottage, take pleasure in fishing from the dock for bass, crappies, sunnies, and even northerns. Or go kayaking on the clean, serene lake.

In Kimball, in the same area, stop in at Millner Heritage Vineyard and Winery, which holds fun events and wine tastings.
Or switch it up and visit the attractive town of Annandale just a short drive away. There you can search for that perfect gift at craft boutiques, restaurants, a brewery, a bowling alley, a grocery store, and other fascinating shops.

There is so much to do in the summer at this cute cottage – most especially relax!
Fish as long as you want from the dock for bass, crappies, sunnies, and even northerns. Or jump in the lake yourself and swim to the platform out from the dock. Have fun kayaking and paddleboarding in the morning, afternoon or evening on the pristine lake.
Maybe, next, you’ll hold a bocce ball, ladder golf, or ping-pong tournament.
Or instead, you could take your time reading a favorite book or drinking a cup of tea on the patio or shoreline deck. There you can take in the glorious lake view.
Or maybe you’d like to slow down even more and just breathe in the fresh air, listen to the cicadas buzzing, and watch the dragonflies flit from branch to branch.
In the evening feel free to light a campfire in the fire pit and view the expanse of stars. You’ll be astounded at the millions of stars you can see this far away from urban lights.
During the day, at close by Stanley Eddy Park Reserve you might like to hike the wooded trails.
